"Tons of stuff to choose from"
There were way more options than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I had fun browsing around the site and it was easy to find different chocolate picks that worked for my diet

"Arrived fast, but I was still disappointed"
It showed up way quicker than I expected, so shipping was definitely fine. Unfortunately, that was pretty much the only good part for me, and I ended up feeling disappointed overall.

"Everything showed up just as ordered"
I ordered a few different Chocozero items and was happy with how smoothly it went. Everything in the box was exactly what I picked out, no missing items, no random wrong flavors, nothing to complain about. The delivery was fine too. It was a simple order, but the whole thing gave off a reliable, no-fuss impression, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"Tastes fine, but my stomach said absolutely not"
I had a few pieces and thought the taste was okay, but then I got bloated so fast. Like, how is this okay? Maybe it’s just my stomach being dramatic, but I definitely won’t be buying it again.

"Packed way better than I expected"
The box showed up nice and neat, and nothing inside was squished at all. i was ready to be annoyed when I saw it on the porch, then I opened it and was like, okay, never mind, they actually packed this really well

I thought the sweetness was kind of just right. It doesn’t taste fake or overly sugary or anything, just a nice amount.

"Worth it without overthinking"
I usually do that quick mental shortcut of asking, “Would I buy this again?” and for this, the answer is yes. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but the price feels fair and the quality is solid enough that I don’t feel like I wasted money.

I’m trying to stick to low carb, and it can feel kind of pressured when everyone around me is having sweets. This shop has been really handy for that. The chocolate actually tastes good and doesn’t throw off my keto days, which I appreciate. Shipping was smooth too, no issues

The ingredients seem clean to me, at least from what I can tell, and it doesn’t have that fake taste some products do. Overall, I’d say it tastes nice

"Clean little cocoa finish"
Tried the dark chocolate squares. the aftertaste was the best part for me. No strange sweetener taste. No fake sugar thing lingering around, which I was kind of expecting. Just a mild cocoa finish. Clean. Simple. I’d buy these again.

"Really nice texture"
I ordered from Chocozero and I actually liked it more than I expected. The texture was good, not dry or strange like some sugar-free chocolate can be.

It melts nicely and feels smooth, but still has a bit of bite to it. The filled chocolates were soft inside too, without being sticky or too rich.

It’s maybe not exactly the same as regular chocolate, but it’s close enough for me. Nice with coffee, and I’d be happy to buy it again.

"I had to reach out to customer service..."
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, it took longer than I personally expected to hear back. They did eventually respond and helped me get things sorted, which I appreciated, but I had to wait around and follow up once. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve hoped. For me, 3 stars feels about right

so I tried a few things from chocozero.it, they were decent. The chocolate flavor is nice at first and sweet enough, but a few pieces did have a bit of an aftertaste for me.

I do like that it doesn’t feel too heavy, which is a plus, but I was hoping for a richer flavor overall. It might just not be totally my thing, but I’d probably buy it again if I was specifically looking for low sugar chocolate.
